2.LSR 2k shots is an innovative molding process:
- It involves directly over-molding LSR onto finished plastic injection molded parts in a single machine.
- The demand for 2k shots molding has increased due to its stability and efficiency.

3.There are two key points to consider when using LSR in 2k shots molding:
- The self-adhesive nature eliminates the need for painting primer.
- Fast curing at low temperatures is required to balance the mold temperature of both plastic and LSR.

4.Low Temperature Curing Selective Self-Adhesive LSR
Applications: Over molding with substrates that have low temperature resistance. Excessive temperatures may result in the following issues:
-Damage to electronic components.
-Deformation of thermoplastics with low temperature resistance, such as ABS, PC/ABS, PCTG, etc.
-Cracking and color changes in anodized aluminum oxide layer.
Characteristics:
- Fast curing at a low temperature (80°C) while maintaining a workable pot-life.
-Pot-life is 2 hours at 25°C and over 36 hours at 5°C.
-Five hardness levels available - 30/40/50/60/70A.
-Fast curing at a low temperature requires careful balancing of the mold temperature for both plastic and LSR.
